Service Advisor
Service Mechanic
- Build and assemble mechanical components according to requirements
- Inspect machines, engines, transmissions, etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
- Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
- Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery
- Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle users
- Keep logs of work and report on issues
- Proven experience in the field
- Aptitude in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, etc.) and precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers)
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction
- A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
- Very good communication skills
- A problem solving ability
- Very good physical strength and stamina
- High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a definite plus.
- Valid certification (e.g. ASE) is preferred
Automotive Service Manager
- Increase labor sales
- Encourage consistent selling by all Service Advisors
- Require prompt and consistent customer follow-ups by each Service Advisor
- Responsible for quality checks
- Make regular and thorough inspection of completed work
- Establish department sales objectives
- Respond to, remediate, and satisfy customer concerns
- Review daily progress versus objectives
- Establish individual sales quotas for Service Advisors
- Manage, promote, and enforce product knowledge for service personnel
- Establish a strong, solid relationship with other departments in the dealership
- Ensure that company receives full value for time and materials
- Search out competitive bids on tools, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Analyze each month's comeback repair orders, maintenance costs, repair costs, and all controllable expense elements
Diesel Technician
- Duplicate, diagnose, and repair full range of automotive service issues found on DIESEL vehicles including those of all electrical systems,engine, transmission, suspension, braking system, and emission systems.
- Use shop equipment and diagnostic equipment with confidence and in accordance with all safety procedures.
- Expertly diagnose issues based upon experience, analysis, and testing.
- Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and other major components.
- Know and adhere to safety and environmental standards for maintenance / repair facilities and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate with Service Advisors.
- Accurately complete repair orders and inspect DIESEL vehicles for safety concerns.
- Other items as deemed necessary by management.
- Must be a success-driven, customer service oriented team player.
- ASE Certifications (or a desire to obtain them) (DIESEL preferred)
- DIESEL Maintenance and Repair experience.
- Impressive Work Ethic.
- High School Diploma /GED required.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and reliable.
- Must have full set of tools.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions.

Parts Manager
Country Club Auto Group is looking for an experienced (2+ years) parts manager for its Clarksburg, WV location. We are searching for someone who can maintain and improve customer loyalty, ensure that parts orders are filled rapidly and with precision, and keep an accurate and up to date parts inventory. It is imperative that you are able to foster and maintain positive relationships with other dealership departments.
What you will do:
- Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department
- Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
- Create pricing guidelines for customer categories
- Monitor and adjusts inventory
- Oversee that all parts are properly tagged and put in their proper places
- Complete stock order procedures
- Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
- Provide technical assistance when necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Establish individual parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turnover
- Ensure parts and accessories are available for resale
- Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts department
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
- Monitor parts department employees' payroll records
- Develop, and manage guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
You will need to have:
- At least 2 years experience in parts management
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Ability to manage others
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of inventory and reporting
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
